The planned project is located in Dolnośląskie voivodship, Legnicko – Głogów subregion, Gorów County, Jemielno commune. The implementation of the project is a continuation of the construction of crossings through the Oder and their connection to the road infrastructure system. As part of the project, it is planned to build a ring road for the towns of Irządze and Luboszyce with a length of approx. It’s 4,8 miles. The road begins behind the bridge in Ciechanów, at the junction connecting the ring road with the existing DW No. 323, the route is run by a straight section on the western side of the village, along the old railway embankment. At the height of Luboszyce, the route bends with a left arch towards the west, observing the buildings of the village Luboszyce on the west side, then the road turns right by the cemetery on the north-west side and joins the existing course of DW No. 323, in front of the village Kietlów. The new section of the road will have the parameters of the main road. The surface structure will be designed for the lifetimes provided for in the MTiGM Regulation on technical conditions to be met by public roads and their location, i.e. 20 years for susceptible semi-rigid surface. Basic assumptions for the design of the surface structure: Permissible single axle load 115 kN Traffic category KR4 Design movement for twenty-year fatigue life N100 = 7.3 million standard axes 100 kN/pass The main objective of the project is to create a coherent road system in the area of the bridge on the Oder River in Ciechanów in 2012. The project will be implemented in a formula design/optimise and build. The performer of the task will be selected in accordance with the PZP through an unlimited tender.
