The project is located in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Lubna County in Rudna commune. The implementation of this project is a continuation of the construction of crossings through the Oder and their link to the road infrastructure system. As part of the project, it is planned to rebuild and extend the Voivodeship Road No. 323 on the section from Radoszyce in km approx. 38 + 580 to km approx. 41 + 892 with construction of the Nieszczyce bypass and extension and reconstruction of the Voivodeship Road No. 323 on the section from km 41 + 892 to the intersection of voivodship roads 323 and 292 in km 46+ 863 in Studzionki with the construction of the bypass of Brodowice. The project will be implemented in a formula design/optimise and build. The reconstruction of this section of the road is intended to create a new road system within the Voivodeship Road No. 323, which circumvents dense rural buildings through the construction of the bypasses of Brodowice and Nieszczyce. The implementation of the project will be the next stage of the construction of a coherent road system in the region. The project will result in a reconstructed voivodeship road with a length of approx. 5.7 km and newly built provincial road with a length of approx. It’s 3,3 miles. Direct recipients of the project will be residents of Rudna commune where the investment is being carried out, as well as other participants of road traffic in Dolnośląskie voivodship. The implementation of the project will improve the comfort of life and safety of residents of Nieszczyce and Brodowice, removing car traffic from housing. It will improve and improve the comfort of the inhabitants of Lower Silesia towards the Wielkopolska Voivodeship and will facilitate access to the labour market in Legnicko Głogów’s Copper District.
