The main aim of the project is to improve the quality of medical education of the Medical University of Lodz and to increase patient safety through the implementation of development programs using the newly established Centre for Medical Simulation (CSM). —direct:University, faculty of UM and students involved in the project. In the face of an ageing population, as well as medical staff, educating new generations of doctors, nurses and midwives, is a priority.The average age of the specialist is 54.5.Demographical training in this profession may reduce access to doctors and extend the queues in medical institutions. The project will be implemented on the basis of the following tasks: 1.Creation of university development programme including training of staff and curricula 2.Creation of CSM 3.The cooperation between the university CSM will be located in the Clinical-Dydact Centre(CKD), in the vicinity of the Education Centre UM.Priority of higher education standards of the University will be professional preparation of specialists for work in various health care systems, taking into account EU provisions, including Interactural Adjustment.CSM will allow for better needs and better needs of the university.
