The aim of the project is to develop and implement a human resource management strategy aimed at making the most efficient use of the human potential involved in the implementation of the Partnership Agreement with the Ministry of Development. In particular, the project envisages financing actions aimed at increasing the efficiency of the Ministry as an organisation by developing assumptions and implementing a system of management by objectives. In addition, it is planned to continue efforts to create a coherent, modern and uniform human resource management system based on a competence model.
