The aim of the project is to ensure efficient and effective implementation of OP IIA by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as IP for the VIII axis of the OP 2014-2020. The project envisages the implementation of tasks aimed at, inter alia, the following: maintaining the necessary working conditions and the potential of the IKiDN, ensuring an efficient system of implementation of the Programme and effective evaluation, information and promotion. In order to achieve these objectives, the project is intended to carry out tasks related to preparation, implementation, monitoring and control, evaluation, information and promotion. The project will bear all necessary IP expenditure, including in particular the costs related to upgrading skills, expert and legal support, control, as well as a number of organisational, technical and administrative costs. The project will also cover expenditure aimed at raising awareness of potential beneficiaries and raising public awareness of European funds. The actions taken will be in accordance with the approved info-promo plans. The project plans to carry out an evaluation aimed at a mid-term evaluation of the progress of implementation of priority axis VIII of OP IIA 2014-2020 in the context of the achievement of the indicators defined for the implementation framework. The evaluation tasks will be carried out in order to strengthen the efficiency of the programme implementation system. The action will be in line with the evaluation plan. The project will also finance activities related to the Financial Perspective 2007-2013. Taking up these tasks by IP results from the implementation of the Agreement on the system of implementation of the OPI 2014-2020 and is compatible with the provisions of programming documents, i.e.: POIŚ 2014-2020, SzOOP POIiŚ 2014-2020 and the guidelines of the Minister for Regional Development, including: Guidelines for the use of PT funds. The expected effect of the described tasks will be the smooth implementation of the Programme, which will be reflected, among others, in achieving the expected indicators.
