This project aims to contribute to solving one of the most acute problems facing sociocultural education, namely the insufficiency of religious units, youth centers equipped to modern standards that ensure access to a quality cultural educational process and development, being in line with the specific objective of investment priority 13.1 - Improving the quality of life of the population in small and medium-sized cities in Romania. Also, this application is consistent with the general objective of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, to increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of local and regional communities, by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services that also ensure the sustainable development of regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, harnessing their potential for innovation and assimilation.
