In the context of the health crisis, the SDIS of Nord and Pas-de-Calais want to improve the management of the patient, the operational response and the health of the Firefighter in intervention through the digital transition. The scheme envisaged as part of this project will have a major impact on improving the patient journey, especially in the event of crises and related difficulties. The improvement of intervention processes will first reduce operational response time, and the availability of intervention vectors will be improved. This is an essential asset in the event of an exceptional situation requiring heavy traffic and optimal responsiveness on the part of relief workers. In addition, the new digital tools to be implemented in the operational chain will ensure new flexibility and agility in emergency response processes. The reorganisation of relief or the implementation of protocols that could involve a crisis similar to that of Covid-19 will be facilitated. The possibility of setting up a simple and effective digital monitoring tool is a plus in a context of health crisis but also of risk attack.
