The aim of the project is to improve the availability and standardisation of health services in the field of home palliative care.The project aims to improve the care of the dying in their own social environment, ensure health care at an appropriate professional level and improve the quality of life of the incurably ill and dying in the Czech Republic.The aim of the project is to enable the dying to live, die in the home environment in the presence of loved ones without the need to be transported to hospital facilities at the very end of their lives.
