This project builds on the successful project Support for Vocational Training of Employees (hereinafter referred to as POVEZ). The new project POVEZ II is aimed at supporting employers and self-employed employees during training or retraining of existing or recruited employees. Employers will be able to benefit from a contribution to the training activity and wage costs of employees during their participation in educational activities in favour of increasing professional growth and increasing the qualifications of employees. Only vocational training will be encouraged.
