The operation consists of the rehabilitation of the headquarters of the neighborhood where the Ses Figueretes Neighborhood Association is based on the installation of a series of equipment for public use that facilitates and allows the development of new activities of a social or recreational nature in that neighborhood. In this way, the integration and social cohesion of one of the target neighborhoods identified by the DUSI Strategy “Ibiza, social cohesion and integration of _x000D_ barrios” will be promoted._x000D_ This new facility will serve as a dynamic center in which many events, fairs or festivals can be held and will increase the social activity of the neighborhood. In the same way, it will promote social integration and cohesion, contribute to reducing the social gap and also increase knowledge of the realities of different groups._x000D_ The effort in this line of action is to increase activities for integration and social cohesion, rather than the provision of new social or care services. The activities of sociocultural dynamisation will allow immigrants to integrate better into our society, reducing certain tensions that, although latent, are present in neighborhoods with a remarkable prevalence of immigration and an important _x000D_ multiculturalism.
