Included in this operation are all those reinforcement measures put in place or planned in order to address the health crisis caused by COVID-19, and specifically, hospital discharges with stay in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for COVID-19 in the second half of 2021, promoted by the Catalan Health Service (CatSalut) and implemented by the centers that are part of the Comprehensive Health System of Public Use of Catalonia (SISCAT), as well as the Health Grouping in the Budgets of the Generalitat de Catalunya 2020.
