The overall objective of the project is to ensure the reduction of the risk of natural disasters favoured by climate change in recent years, with effect on population, material goods, socio-economic objectives, land, ecosystems and biodiversity, by implementing structural and non-structural measures in the most vulnerable areas in the area of interest.
