The Outplacement project is aimed at helping employees of companies who are at risk of losing their jobs or are already in notice and at increasing the adaptability of these employees to find a new job. The primary objective of the project is to help employees before the termination of their employment relationship, i.e. at a time when they are not yet unemployed and are not registered in the register of the Labour Office of the Czech Republic as a job seeker.
