The investment in question consists of the construction of the western bypass of Łódź along the S14 road with the parameters of the S-class road. The investment is carried out in the design and construction system. It will run through the area of Łódź agglomeration, on the west side passing Łódź and Zgierz, while on the eastern side of Aleksandrów Łódzki and Konstantynów Łódzki. The beginning of the ring road is located behind the Emilia junction, where it starts with a link with a length of 1.31 km, which then in km 2+ 900 passes into the designed track of the S14 expressway. The end of the designed bypass and its connection to the existing S14 express road was located in km 28+ 527, just behind the designed junction Łódź Lublinek.
