The aim of the project is to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the OP I & E by the Ministry of Culture and Development as an IB for axis VIII of OP I & E 2014-2020. The project provides for the implementation of tasks aimed, among others, at maintaining the necessary working conditions and potential of the Ministry of Culture, ensuring an efficient system of implementation of the Programme and effective evaluation, information and promotion. In order to achieve the above objectives, the project will carry out tasks in the field of preparation, implementation, monitoring and control, evaluation, as well as InfoPromo. The project will bear all necessary expenses of the IB, in particular related to upskilling, expert and legal support, control, as well as a number of organisational, technical and admin costs. The aim of the InfoPromo activities is to raise beneficiaries’ knowledge of the principles of project implementation, as well as to inform the public about the expected results of the intervention and raise awareness of the importance of European funds. The project will carry out two evaluations: summarising the material progress and results of axis VIII of the OP I & E 2014-2020 with elements of the review of the final objectives of the performance framework and on the impact of actions undertaken under the 8th priority axis of the OP I & E 2014-2020 on the development of the cultural sector and the quality of functioning and educational and cultural activities of cultural institutions (in line with the Evaluation Plan of OP I & E 2014-2020). The project will also finance activities related to the financial perspective 2021-2027. The assumption of the above tasks by the IB results from the implementation of the Agreement on the system of implementation of OP I & E 2014-2020, and is consistent with the provisions of the programme documents, i.e.: After I & E 2014-2020, SzOOP OP I & E 2014-2020 and guidelines of the Minister for Regional Development, including: Guidelines on the use of PT funds. The expected effect of the described tasks will be the smooth implementation of the Programme, which will be reflected, among others, in the achievement of the assumed indicators.
