The goal of the project is to make progress in the process of social activation by at least 34 % of people (i.e. 11os with a disability, 11 people in the case of other persons) and employment (by min. 12 % i.e. 4os of wasps with disabilities, 25 % i.e. 8 for others) out of 60 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. (42K+ 18M), passive and unemployed who live in accordance with the Central Committee in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship in the Żmigród Commune by participating in the above-mentioned project from 01.04.2021 to 31.07.2022 in the comprehensive support of the project. (e.g. social, health, professional activation)The target group is a person from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship (physical order in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship within the meaning of the Civil Code), i.e.: 60 adults (42K+ 18M), at risk of poverty or social exclusion, including people who are unemployed, requiring in the first place the activation of the communities who are unemployed, who live in the Żmigród Commune and their surroundings.
