The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over identified as at risk on the labour market to protect existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak in Radom County and Radom. The project is in line with the specific objective of ROP WM 2014-2020 “Increasing employment of people who have been identified as at risk in the labour market and protecting existing jobs due to the COVID-19 outbreak”. The target group of the project is a total of 1217 people. (606 K and 611 M) aged 30 and over belonging to disadvantaged groups who are unemployed in Radom County and Radom, including: 1: people aged 50 and over — 139 people. (64 K and 75 M), 2: persons with disabilities — 24 persons. (11 K and 13 M), 3: long-term unemployed — 447 people. (248 K and 199 M); 4: low-skilled people — 759 people. (295 K and 464 M); 5: women — 606 pers.; 6: unemployed men aged 30-49-100 pers.; As part of the project, a specific offer of professional activation will be presented for each participant, preceded by an analysis of the skills, predispositions and professional problems of the participant (IPD). On this basis, the Poviat Labour Office will provide support in the form of services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on Employment Promotion and Labour Market Institutions.
