The aim of the project is to develop a high level of fire safety stand for vibration testing of modules and full battery packs of electric vehicles. A high level of safety will be ensured by automatic detection of battery fire, its rapid disconnection from the station and automatic evacuation of the tested battery to the extinguishing chamber, insulating the burning battery from the laboratory. This is an innovative, active method of ensuring fire safety much more effective than passive methods protecting or extinguishing batteries directly on the stand on the market.The project will be implemented in 4 stages – stage 1 will carry out industrial research, which will result in knowledge of the suitability of various rapid dismantling techniques. The challenge in its development will be to obtain the functionality of quick disassembly while at the same time being able to carry vibrations correctly. Stage 2 – development works in virtual space — digital models of the station components will be developed. In stage 3 — development of the physical prototype of the station in full scale, construction, integration and validation of all components of the system will be carried out. An important aspect of finishing the work of stage 3 will be the adjustment and adjustment of the control set of the whole station. Stage 4 will include pre-implementation work.
