The “FaSiMI” project aims at minimising the risks of “personnel procurement” mentioned by the state government in the area of the lead market “energy, machinery and plant engineering, resource efficiency”. There are two objectives: small and medium-sized enterprises in the manufacturing sector should be able to successfully and independently provide their own skilled labour security by means of professionally sound recruitment; on the other hand, potential young professionals should be able to reflect on their own ideas about attractive work and to know models of attractive work as well as appropriate requirements on the employers’ side.
