The project aims to provide an opportunity for every citizen to have their professional skills officially recognised, regardless of how they have acquired them. The device enters its final stage of development: consolidation and amplification. The aim is to diversify the assessment methods in order to meet the specific needs of candidates and the evolution of the labour market. The offer of trades must be addressed and articulated with the evolution of sectors and jobs within companies. The reinforcement is based on the training of the Centres’ actors, the establishment of partnerships and coordinated management aimed at a better geographical and temporal coverage of supply. These efforts will increase the number of holders of the Skill Title.
