Itinerant and solidarity-based canning

The project aims to set up specific training courses that meet the expectations of an emerging economic sector: short food circuits. In fact, it will contribute to the economic growth of the territory of the province of Liège by generating new jobs that cannot be relocated. The Provincial School of Agriculture will provide training in fruit and vegetable processing techniques for people away from employment, producers seeking diversification and workers seeking retraining in this sector. Thanks in particular to its itinerant Conserverie equipped with AFSCA certified BIO standards, the Province of Liège intends to involve in this project as many local actors working with the aim of socio-professional integration.
