The place of implementation of the project is the administrative area of the municipalities of Hungary, Bicske, Csabdi and Mány. The Bicske waste water disposal agglomeration is in force 25/2002. It is indicated in Table 2 of Government Decree (II.27.) that municipalities are concerned with the development of an existing waste water treatment plant (TF) and the extension of the sewerage network (CS). The technical content of the project follows the classification of waste water agglomeration according to the Regulation. The reconstruction to be declared does not exceed 5 % of the eligible costs.
