The objectives of the project “Development of shelters for health care providers” are: • Improve the housing conditions of healthcare professionals, doctors and specialists involved in vocational training — be more and better accommodation, thereby improving employee satisfaction, making workplaces more attractive, improving the attractiveness of the institutions and the domestic healthcare system, and improving the quality of healthcare. To this end, the State Health Care Center is submitting a tender for the development of hotels of medical care providers at 19 locations of implementation of 14 hospitals. The strategic objective of the scheme is to maintain professionally prepared and committed health professionals, to prevent departure from the profession and to prevent migration and migration in order to ensure the proper quality of health care. The special purpose of the scheme is to improve the housing conditions of healthcare professionals and to increase their accommodation possibilities, making the jobs offered more attractive for employees, and providing the managers of health institutions with an additional tool for maintaining well performing workers and filling shortages. The extension of the number of beds for nurses can also support the reorganisation of health care services (e.g. reassignment of care tasks to a service provider in another city). Milestones For this construction, 1 milestone has been defined, which corresponds to the purpose of the full development construction. In the case of the planned development, the overall design objective is consistent: • Improve housing conditions for healthcare professionals and increase their accommodation possibilities. The realisation of the objective and milestone of the project provides a real solution to the situation described above. The housing situation of healthcare professionals with an unresolved housing situation will be solved by the expansion of accommodation facilities, and the significant improvement of the conditions contributes to the satisfaction of the health workers who are still living in the nursing hostel, and facilitates the retention of professionals and the attractiveness of new professionals.
