The project aims to increase the coverage and improve the access and quality of transnational mobility services provided and to increase the number of EURES intermediation services. The project will be implemented in two main directions. “European employment services” including: Provision of placement and support services for jobseekers and employers for transnational mobility, including apprenticeships and apprenticeships, organisation and participation in information events, job fairs, etc. in Bulgaria and the other countries of the EURES network; Enhancing the capacity of EA and EURES Partners staff by organising and participating in specialised trainings; Organisation and participation in initiatives together with key partners (European networks, social partners, NGOs, etc.).And EURES National Coordination Office including: The establishment of a EURES network involving the EA and private providers of intermediary services; establishment of a planning, management, monitoring and evaluation system (SPEMO) including the development of methodologies and performance indicators. The FSMP will use specialised research on transnational mobility, the effectiveness of EURES services and customer satisfaction; Development of technical infrastructures and interoperability between the databases of those providing mobility intermediation services and the EURES portal; Exchange of experience, introduction of new approaches, dissemination of good practices by organising and participating in events at national and international level, including with the participation of representatives of the EURES network from other countries; Activities to increase the external visibility of the EURES network and services provided.
