The aim of the project is to support and improve the working and functional capacity of the inactive by strengthening the self-esteem and self-confidence of individuals, as well as social inclusion and the ability to work. The aim is to find a job tailored to the labour market, where the individual can contribute his/her own work, with his or her own skills. The aim is therefore to support the return to work or access to employment for project customers. The aim is to develop new forms of environments and services to support the employment of inactive people, thereby promoting inclusion and preventing exclusion. The aim is to develop new forms of action to enable non-workers to participate in work more flexibly with their own work. The project has five objectives:1. Strengthening the client’s working and functional capacity. Development of a control model that strengthens self-esteem and self-confidence, as well as the client’s ability to work and function, for workshops,2. Health and well-being (intoxication) is part of the customer’s everyday life3. Group activities, intoxication, strengthening self-esteem and self-confidence4. Business cooperation: company visits, finding apprenticeships, building employment pathways. Influencing changes in the working culture, companies to receive people with partial work skills, with their own work input. Work coaching and personal guidance and working next to the company. Aiming at social criteria in public procurement — training of the workforce for experimentation.5. Development of new forms of work coaching. The goal is that the clients and employees of the project work together and that the employees teach the work to the clients. Work is also done in a group between different customer groups, based on the principle that everyone knows something and does what part of the project. The target group of the project is people with mental disabilities, mental health rehabilitation, disabled persons or persons who are out of work due to some other reason and whose ability to function and work life has been impaired due to mental health and/or substance abuse problems or other reasons.
