The operation “Learning Workshops” is aimed at:- the integration of vulnerable groups into social enterprises (information, motivation and support for integration into employment or participation in work training for persons from individual vulnerable groups), — development of activities and employment in existing social enterprises for the purpose of social, occupational and labour rehabilitation. The objective of the operation is the social, occupational and labour integration of 1,000 people from the target group, 550 of which are in KRVS and 450 in CRWS, where at least 25 % of employees are expected to be involved from the CRVS and 25 % from the CRZS after the completion of the operation. 1,000 participants in the operation will acquire the social, occupational and labour competences needed to facilitate entry into the labour market, which means that the implementation of the operation will contribute to achieving the Europe 2020 target of 75 % of the employment of the population aged 20-64.
