The National Project (hereinafter referred to as “the NP”) will implement selected active labour market measures (hereinafter referred to as “AOTP”) pursuant to Act No 5/2004 Coll. on Employment Services and amending certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the Employment Services Act). The activities supported by the NPs will be aimed at promoting the employment, employability and adaptability of jobseekers (hereinafter referred to as “UoS”) and disadvantaged jobseekers (Zuoz). The project will be implemented by the Central Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family (hereinafter referred to as “Headquarters”) and 43 employment, social affairs and family offices (hereinafter referred to as “the Offices”) within Western, Central and Eastern Slovakia.
