State Road No 4 (E67) Tallinn – Pärnu – Construction of Ikla Kernu bypass

State Road No 4 (E67) Tallinn-Pärnu-Ikla km 37-42 Kernu bypass is located in Harju County in Saue parish. The project envisages the construction of a new highway with 2+ 1 cross-section and centreline with pass-by areas. The existing Pärnu mnt traffic is taken from Kernu village. The new highway route turns to the right of the existing highway from the Kernu filling station, where the Kernu service station’s traffic node will be built. The proposed road intersects with the existing secondary road 11360 Ricepere-Kernu, where the crossing is solved with the Haiba junction.
