The aim of the project “Support for the implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures for apartment owners of apartment houses in apartment houses of apartments of apartments of apartments” is to promote energy efficiency, smart energy management and use of renewable energy resources in apartment houses. The project’s target group and the beneficiaries are apartment owners of multi-apartment houses.Within the project, apartment owners of multi-apartment houses have access to:•free consultations on programme conditions, preparation of technical documentation of energy efficiency improvement measures and preparation of supplier selection documentation;•grant up to 50 % of the eligible costs of implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures, if for implementation of energy efficiency improvement measures a bank loan, other financing, or agreement has been reached to receive a loan to ALTUM. The owners of the apartments apply for the aid via the authorised person by submitting an application for aid to ALTUM.The project provides de minimis aid to the owners of the apartments who are economic operators in accordance with 18.12.2013 Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013. Within the framework of the project, support is provided up to 31.12.2023 or the acquisition of available funding.The total funding for the grant, consulting and project management and implementation is EUR 176 283 634.38. Within the framework of the project it is planned to provide support in the form of consultations and grants to 780 apartment houses.The implementation of the project is regulated 15.03.2016 Regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers No.160 "Implementation of the Specific Support Target "To Promote Energy Efficiency in Residential Buildings" of the Operational Programme "Growth and Employment" 4.2.1.1.Special Support measure "Promoting energy efficiency improvement in residential buildings”.
