Improvement of infrastructure conditions for the community in the 100 block area of Alexandria

The general objective of the project “Improving the infrastructure conditions for the community in the 100 block area of Alexandria” is to improve the physical, economic and social regeneration of marginalised communities in Alexandria, in order to modernise the infrastructure in the 100 block area. The aim of the project is to modernise the existing infrastructure (sewerage system, road surface, lighting networks and sewerage system) and to make urban recreation spaces that meet the legal norms, so that this investment leads to: Improving, modernising and expanding the infrastructure of the 100 block area in Alexandria; Promoting social cohesion by improving the built environment; Ensuring equal opportunities, disadvantaged groups and those with social problems through the physical, economic and social regeneration of the community living in the 100 block area; Providing recreational spaces and playgrounds for children; Ensuring community welfare through rehabilitation of the sewerage and lighting system. Thus, the project contributes to the achievement of the specific objective of Axis 4, Investment Priority 4.3, namely: Improving the physical, economic and social regeneration of marginalised communities in the counties of Romania.
