The Croatian Employment Service recognises young people as a particularly vulnerable labour market and continues to offer a range of activities and services specifically for this target group. Operation “The implementation of the Youth APW — Phase 2” operation, in addition to the activities and services offered in the first phase, also offers further opportunities for participation to the youth traineeship. These measures are aimed at a rapid response to youth unemployment, within 4 months of entry into unemployment, as laid down in the national plan for the implementation of the GSM, supported by the Employment Initiative.
