The project meets the objectives stemming from the Croatian and EU strategic documents. The project will establish a regional sustainable water supply system for a single water supply operator — VIZŽ. The construction of new water pumping stations will ensure good quality drinking water. Investments in the reconstruction of pipelines and construction of us will contribute to reducing water losses on the regional system by an average of 29.2 % to 18.6 % overall. The construction of the magistral pipelines and the distribution network will make it possible to connect the new population (29.183 inhabitants (year 2023)) and increase the connection of the population in this area from the existing 62.95 % to 90.75 %.
