The project consists of armament of GLASS investment sites located in Aleksandrów Łódzki at 17 Placydowska Street (dz. 243, r. 11. insofar as this has not been included in the project entitled: “Investments in research on the development of an innovative technology for laminating autoclave flat and bent glass with enhanced functionality” carried out under the 2014-2020 ROP WŁ sub-measure I.2.1 “R & D infrastructure of enterprises” (Agreement on co-financing of Project No RPLD.01.02.01-10-0025/18-00). The project did not include land development in the area of road construction and manoeuvring sites for the purpose of the planned investment, as well as the construction of a transformer station with medium voltage switchgear and rainwater elements such as flow regulator, sandbox, open retention tank with a volume of 240 m³. These elements are eligible costs for the project in question. For this investment, a construction project was drawn up in accordance with the Construction Law Act, and an application for a building permit was submitted. The aim of the project is to create better conditions for the development of a small enterprise GLASS Sp. z o.o. The objective is in line with the objective of the action and leads to the implementation of the objectives for the action set out in the SzOOP ROP WŁ. The specific objectives are: 1. Ensuring the possibility of building and maintaining the production hall with social and office facilities; 2. To ensure that R & D works can be carried out and, consequently, to commercialise their effects; 3. Create the conditions for the development of laminating technologies and their use in the development of new and innovative laminated glass products.
