The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Białystok and Białystok district. The main result of the project will be 44 % (i.e. 66 persons) employment with disabilities and/or long-term unemployed and/or low-skilled persons and 59.5 % (i.e. 212 persons) excluding persons with disabilities, low-skilled, long-term unemployed persons registered in the District Labour Office in Białystok. As part of the project, for each of the participants, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will implement appropriately selected labour market services and instruments referred to in the Employment Promotion Act and Labour Market Institutions. Under Article 15zzb, Article 15zzc and Article 15zze of the Act of 2 March 2020 on special solutions related to the prevention, prevention and combating of COVID-19, other communicable diseases and crisis situations caused by them, the project will also implement funding instruments, i.e.: co-financing of the costs of conducting the business of self-employed entrepreneurs, co-financing part of the costs of employees‘salaries and social security contributions due from them for micro-entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises and co-financing part of employees’ wage costs and social security contributions due from NGOs. The state aid granted in the project stems from the decision of the European Commission on the aid scheme under the anti-crisis shield and the fact that the instruments referred to in Articles 15zzb, 15zzc and 15 of these are subject to Section 3.10 of the Communication from the European Commission concerning the amendment of the temporary framework of State aid measures to support the economy in the context of the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak.
