The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people under the age of 30 who are unemployed in Ostrava County. The main result of the project will be at least 44 % of the most vulnerable (including people with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled) and at least 59.5 % of those not belonging to the above mentioned groups, among those participating in the project (in accordance with the measurement methodology contained in the Guidelines for the implementation of projects involving ESF measures in the field of the labour market for 2014 2020) and registered in the PLO.The project will support people under 30 years of age – 1022 people (543k/479m). This will include:- 722 persons (423k/299m) registered in the Ostrów Mazowiecka PUP as unemployed, in particular those who do not participate in education and training (the so-called NEETs), and – 300 people (120k/180m) – entrepreneurs not employing employees, employees of entrepreneurs and employees of non-governmental organisations, benefiting from support in connection with the COVID-19 outbreak As part of the project, for each unemployed person participating in it, presenting a specific offer of occupational activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, predisposition and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions.In the case of self-employed entrepreneurs and employees designated by entrepreneurs and NGOs, the support will be implemented on the basis of the provisions of the so-called COVID-19 Act.
