Project aimed at increasing the employment of unemployed persons for whom a profile of aid I or II has been established, most disadvantaged on the labour market (excl. persons before the end of 30), implemented exclusively through labour market services and instruments as defined in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, excl. public works, based on an in-depth analysis of skills, predispositions and professional problems of the project participant in the form of IPD, referred to in Article 1 of the Act, referred to in Article 34 and in Article 34 persons aged 50 years and over, women, persons with disabilities, long-term unemployed (out of employment for an uninterrupted period of min.12 months), people with low quarters. Planned forms of support: training, one-off funds for taking up a business activity, internships, refund. costs of equipment or retrofitting of the workplace, intervention work, co-financing for salary, who completed the 50th year, employment intermediation, professional guidance. Project implemented on the basis of the mini-employment effect criterion, measured on the basis of the principles set out in the Guidelines for the implementation of ESF measures in the labour market area for the period 2014-2020. Employment effect indicator: for people aged 50 years or more, min.33 %; for women at least 39 %; for people with disabilities at least 33 %; for the long-term unemployed at least 30 %; for low-skilled people at least 38 %. Project: —in line with relevant Community policies and rules (including: a policy of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the concept of sustainable development) and Community legislation, in line with the SCOOP ROP of the HR for the period 2014-2020; —in line with the objectives of the IIT Strategy, including Strategic Objective II “Building an active and open society” (in kind in line with the project “Innovative employment support system in the OMG-G-S” envisaged in the ZIT Strategy)
