The object of the investment is the construction of the Dobrodni ring road with a length of approx. 3.82 km along with the reconstruction of the existing provincial road No. 901, with a length of approx. 1.87 km, on the section from the connection of the ring road with the voivodeship road to Bzinica Stara and the construction of a turbine roundabout at the intersection of the national road DK46 and the regional road DW901 in km 15+ 810 in the city. The scope of the investment includes, among others: reconstruction of the section of national road No. 46 at the junction with the designed ring road, reconstruction of the section of ul. Opole, construction of a new section and reconstruction of the existing section of DW No. 901, construction of road drainage, construction of foot and bicycle lines, construction of bus bays, weighing stations, reconstruction of roads crossing with the designed bypass, construction of access roads and exits to the real estate, construction of turbine roundabout, construction of individual exits, safety elements of traffic, construction of commercial roads within DW 901 above ul. Habas, culverts, acoustic screens, reconstruction and protection of existing water supply network, telecommunications equipment conflicting with design road solutions, construction and reconstruction of road lighting, removal of collisions with nN and SN networks, reconstruction of existing and construction of new drainage equipment, possible logging of trees and shrubs. The project will be implemented together with the full technical infrastructure necessary for the operation and operation of the road route and its users, together with environmental protection devices, elements affecting road safety (walks, cat mesh, 2 roundabouts, protective barriers, active signs).
