The project responds to identified problems of communication accessibility within the LOF by interfering in areas where support is needed. All activities of the project are aimed at improving the internal and external coherence of the area. Interventions improve the availability of nodes/transfer points, facilitate the communication of individual means of transport and improve the travel of residents. In ten municipalities, communication hubs and accompanying infrastructure will be established. The project’s nodes/transfer points will significantly improve not only the LOF connections, but also the region as a whole. The locations of stations and nodes/transfer points are dictated by the possibility of connecting different communication systems: railway, air, public transport, car, bicycle and pedestrian transport. Widening access to connections will help to reduce the use of individual modes of transport by residents. Such changes will reduce greenhouse gas emissions and reduce the number of vehicles on the road. As a result, the actions taken under the ‘Love Love’ project will improve the environment and increase the number of people using public transport and improve road safety. An important aspect of the planned project is the introduction of alternative means of transport in public transport. The construction of safe bicycle road infrastructure will allow the use of bicycles as an alternative means of communication for journeys not only within individual towns, but also throughout the entire functional area. The project also involves the construction of energy-saving, non-emission street lighting.Scope of material is described in Annex 17 Design Fiszka, in addition to the addition is attached as a separate file the material scope of the project.
